  Warning – Do not go to this Auto Electrician!
  
  I took my motorcycle to them to get a small electrical issue fixed. The electrician - Carl confirmed he was comfortable fixing my type of motorcycle. He did explain that he was busy and it could possibly take 3-4 weeks for him to get to it.
  
  It took him 9 weeks before he started the job. Not once during the 9 weeks did Carl call me to discuss the delay and when I contacted him for updates he gave one word answers. I suspect this is all he is capable of, as he’s not the most engaging person.
  In the end the issue was a faulty Relay ($19 part).
  When Carl called me to confirm the bike had been fixed, he also confirmed the had dropped the bike and dented the tank. The tank had just been resprayed and I had specifically asked him to take extra care with it.
  His explanation was that ‘sh#t happens’. He also confirmed his repair cost $400-500, therefore rather than get the tank repaired I could just offset his repair cost and I could just take my bike back with a dent.
  It’s strange how the cost of his ‘repair’ happen to match the value of what it would cost to repair the tank which he damaged. Carl’s explanation was that it took him 5.5 hours to find the problem, (a faulty relay???). So either he’s just completely incompetent or deceitful.
  You would think by putting me out an extra 5 weeks from when originally advised and having to find and pay for alternative transport to get to work, that not only should Carl fix the dent in the tank, but he should consider a discount to the ridiculous bill. Or at least have that discussion. But no, not simple Carl.
  I spoke with two other Auto Electricians they both confirmed a faulty relay was a basic issue to identify would take nowhere that long to fix.
  I now have my bike back, after waiting over two months with a dent tank. Thanks Carl.
  Please do not take your motorbike (or any vehicle) to this business or engage Carl for Auto Electrical repairs, find someone else! This was a terrible experience!
